Here is a closeup of my paper tower... I'm sure you've seen them before. I made it nice and tall and it's surprisingly sturdy! On top is a small apple basket with fibers, ribbon and fabric, then a top cube with my CM cases with my fiber and ribbon stash.

Hi Amy! The paper tower is made from a package of wire cubing shelves. The package I got come with 30 wire squares and all of the corner connectors. I got mine at Costco (a large warehouse store) but I know you can find them at Walmart, Target and many other stores.

Here's someplace online but it's for a package of 20: [ link ]

To hold the shelves on, I used strap connectors... you put one end through the other and they pull tightly and hold. I got these in the hardware section at Target

Then I made 4 cubes from the wire cubes and then I strapped each shelf in where I wanted it. I put my shelves at every other square in the wire cube (leaving one shelf in each cube that is one square high) but I've seen these with the shelves at each squares... that was too narrow for me to get my fingers in there.

You can also get them at Walmart for like $10. I have a set but want to get rid of em.
