Hidden Journaling inside two small booklets:
12 am - Wake up - potty time - Oh the joys of pregnancy
3 am - Wake up AGAIN - yep you guessed it - potty
5 am - Wake up due to hubby (Ron) getting ready for work
6:30 am - Wake up, potty YET AGAIN, shower, get dressed, go to living room and turn on computer for a little message board time before children wake up
7:30 am - children up, make breakfast
8:00 am - send boys (Trey & Jakob) to bathe, get girls (Emma & Grace) cleaned up while oldest daughter (Ashley) cleans up breakfast dishes
9:00 am - homeschool time
10:30 am - done with homeschool time due to finishing our required 180 days early
10:45 - am get instant message from DT Coordinator at StoryTellersClub.com - needs me to assist her in a couple of things - end up working on this off an on until 3:00 pm along with another DTM and the DTC.
12:00 pm - Ashley fixes lunch for us and cleans up so I can try to finish the DT stuff
3:15 pm - Leave for my OB appt for my check-up and ultrasound (hour's drive one way)
4:15 pm - arrive at OB office and get taken right in (rarely does that happen!)
4:30 pm - Ultrasound tech tells me everything looks good. and that we are having a BOY!
4:45 pm - See nurse for weigh in, sit in waiting room for about 10 minutes, then see OB to hear everything looks great, gained 6 pounds so far in this pregnancy, blood pressure is staying low and that's EXCELLENT
5:30 pm - Head home for the hour's drive back and stopped to get gas and a soda
6:30 pm - Get home to discover Ron got home and hour before I did (usually he is home by 6:30 or later), Ashley has made supper and informed me that the little ones had a snack, napped without an argument, and generally behaved for her
7:00 pm - Eat supper with family
8:00 pm - Clean up dishes and get little ones for bed
9:00 pm - Check email and read message boards
10:00 pm - organize a few pages to scrap, plan CJ entry for Lora's CJ
11:00 pm - off to bed

A mother's memo:
Times above don't account for interruptions to break up arguments, potty training breaks for 2 year old (Emma) , accident clean-ups from potty training 2 year old, diaper changes for baby Grace, getting drinks of water for little ones, answering questions for a 6 year old (Trey), hubby and Ashley; as well as other Mommy things. LOL

Notes:
1. I cut the patterned paper to fit onto the page then tore the slate colored cardstock to fit along the bottom.
2. I made two small booklets using the German chocolate cardstock. Printed my day onto the tan cardstock and adhered it to the insides of the booklets.
3. I used a square clip to hold the two booklets closed.
4. I printed the date onto a strip of tan cardstock, adhered that to the page with a brad, and slipped a scrap piece of the German Chocolate cardstock behind it. Then inked it with the distress ink.
5. The titles of the two booklets are also printed onto tan cardstock, adhered to page, a nailhead is attached to the strips, and strips are distressed with the ink.
6. I used a mini safety pin to attach the corner of the memo block which is also inked.
7. The background papers are also distressed.
8. Center of clocks on booklets are distressed, a brad holds the handmade clock hands in place.

Great looking journals. Love the vintage feel.
Neat idea to journal your daily activities.
