Alrighty ladies my challenge to you this month is to alter a brown paper bag. That's right you heard me. You can make a mini album with several together or card or gift card holder or anything your heart desires. Just alter it and have fun with your project.

Those who participate will have their names put into a baggie to win the Altered Ego Charm. You have until November 30th at midnight your time zone to complete and have uploaded and posted to this thread.

So get to it.

My example!

OMG, I have the perfect idea. I was really hoping that the altered challenge this month could be a container of some sort, as I actually need something along those lines, and wanted to make something for my son's room. This will work nicely... and without buying anything new!

Your example is gorgeous!

I've done several of the paper bag albums - some examples are posted in my gallery if anyone isn't familiar with them.

I'll have to see if I can do something for this challenge - great idea and lovely card example, Dawn!

LOL - love it! I've done paper bag minis in the past - hmm, maybe I'll do a card (Dawn, yours is gorgeous) or a decorated gift bag - we'll see.

I know this will sound stupid but does it have to be a brown bag as I have a white bag here, can I use that?

Here is my brown paper bag! The Blessing Bag. I used a lunch sized brown paper bag.

Copied from my gallery description:
At my baby shower someone brought cards for everyone to write a blessing on, then on my son's birthday every year we are supposed to draw a card out, and light one of the candles provided to us, and read the blessing. I had these cards and candles floating around on a shelf and I've been concerned about them getting lost/damaged so they needed a home. The altered item project was perfect, so now we have the Blessing Bag.
